What we collect
- Information you enter: your clinic name, city, and selected treatments to run a visibility check; your email address if you request the full report.
- Technical data: IP address and basic usage events (page visits, when a check is run, sign-up, checkout start) to operate the service, prevent abuse, and measure conversion.
How we use it
- To generate your AI visibility report, which is shown to you on screen.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service (rate limiting, fraud/abuse prevention, aggregate analytics).
- If you give us your email, to follow up with you about setting up the done-for-you plan.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not publish anything on your behalf without your explicit approval.
Third parties
We use service providers to run the product — hosting and storage, an AI search provider to measure recommendations, an email provider for follow-up messages, and a merchant-of-record payment provider if you subscribe. These providers process data only to provide their service to us.
Retention & your rights
We keep lead and usage data only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time by emailing koyanagi@bansou-shien-partners.com.
