The service
We measure how often AI search recommends your clinic for patient questions, show how you compare to other clinics, and generate draft improvements. This is an analytics and content-drafting tool, not legal, medical, or advertising advice.
No guarantee of results
AI assistants change constantly and rank many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, visibility score, traffic, or patient volume.
Drafts require your approval (medical advertising)
Any content we generate — profiles, FAQs, and similar — is a draft. Nothing is published automatically. You, as a licensed provider, are responsible for reviewing, approving, and ensuring any published content complies with the medical-advertising and consumer-protection rules that apply to you in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for a clinic you are authorized to represent. Do not attempt to abuse, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, or submit information you have no right to submit.
Payment
Paid plans are billed through a merchant-of-record payment provider, which handles applicable sales tax/VAT. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Bansou Shien Partners Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
